Being forced to pay for services not received

Being forced to pay for services not received. The online system said because I have not seen these doctors for more than a year I could not do a script request. However apparently a script was issued and no correspondence was received. I ended up going to my usual doctor under the impression that this had failed. Now I have been battling the fact that no service has been received but apparently I had been in the consultation rooms with the doctor, which was not true. These doctors are taking a fat chance and I will not recommend them. They cant even get their clients names right so for all I know these amounts I am being forced to pay is actually other clients consultations being added to my account. This is absolutely shocking admin from NHC especially since I have changed all my details on my files and they cant even get those correct either. Sloppy sloppy work NHC.
