30mins call back is 7hrs and counting

Called the number from the travel doctor website *** at 14:08 for an emergency. Got through to the call center, was told I would get a call back in 30mins. WELL GUESS MY 30MINS AND THEIR IDEA OF AN EMERGENCY ARE VERY DIFFERENT, it's 21:44 and I still haven't had a clal back. Had to make all sorts of other arrangements. Thanks nhc
