Warranties

Good day

I'm struggling to get the list of items that are covered under 3 months 1year and 5 years Warranties with Nhbrc. For example cupboards and doors falls under which Warranty/ plumbing and electric/ walls / waterproofing/ windows,sealing of windows / tilling/ painting/ ceiling . When I call I get different answers and they do not want to put it on writing.
