Very bad service from the NHBRC

<p>We build a new house 3 years ago. During the past year I have noticed allot of building errors that are popping out. Having 5 years warrenty with the NHBRC I tried contacting them and emailing them without anybody getting back to me. The NHBRC is a service provider that are suppose to help, advice and communicate, but my expierence is everything but this!!! </p>
