USELESS AS USUAL

When you are told by the NHBRC that the certificate renewal process is now done online, it is quite refreshing to hear. Until you login and realise THAT IT DOESN'T WORK! Then when trying to call the NHBRC, nobody answers. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSSED TO GET ANY WORK DONE!!!! PATHETIC!
