Urgent Structural house

April 2014, a complaint was lodged to NHBRC, and their first inspection was done in November 2014.After a months of waiting an ugent complain was lodged to Nthabiseng Mehale to intervene the process.To this day the house is still not fixed and its condition has deteriorated badly to an extend that it has attracted the estate and issue notice of complainance as it affect the value of other properties or will impose a fine of structural to the estate (June was their deadline).Iam disable and wheelchair mobility is also affected by rainy season.overall my health and son's is at stake as it is risky to occupy the house.
