Unhappy about service

Me and my husband bought a house end of August, all the necessary payments have been made. The attorneys have been waiting for NHBRC to get the certificate and they are not getting it because Xolelwa from NHBRC has been saying that they have not received it because of a new system that they are now using. According to Laura Buys from Motaung Attorneys we were supposed to move in on the 18th December, all that cannot happen now because of the certificate from NHBRC which is outstanding. Their service is completely unacceptable.
