Unfair decision

Wrote the test the 1st time on the 11 March but unfortunately when I did call in I was advised that we did not pass and we can write again but was also advised that he needs to study the manual. I then asked so can we re write next week and was told yes.<br> We then went again to write on Thursday the 19th March 2015 and was advised that we have passed. I then called to find out when we can collect our certificate but then was advised that my application has been cancelled. At no time in this interaction with the NHRBC was I advised that there was a cancellation happening on my application.<br> I was advised by mail at 11:44 that my application was cancelled because of a 30 day period.
