Registration Renewal - More than a month now!

Good Day<br> <br> I have submitted my expired registration for renewal on Friday 18 March 2016 ati the Bellville office reception desk. They checked all required documents were included and I left.<br> <br> I was told I should get an answer on my outstanding amount due during the week of 22 March 2016. <br> Since the week in question was between 2 long weekends I did not fret when no answer was received during that week. <br> <br> Since then I followed up a many times and was told my consultant was Purity. I have been trying on and off to get hold of her or her supervisor, leaving messages and still no answer or any form of feedback. <br> <br> I understand that we all can get very busy, but I cannot believe that a \few days\" can stretch a month.<br> <br> I am normally very patient, but I have hit a brick wall with trying to get my registration renewed and ask your assistance in getting this resolved, PLEASE. "
