Poor service and Insubordination at NHBRC

I have changed builders and have been waiting for an Enrollment Cetificate copy that was approved 17 February already but one of the employees finds it difficult to issue a copy of the enrollment certificate. She strangly made me submit all requested documents before and after approval as well and giving all sorts of excuses even mention the Suninghill NHBRC branch legal team that is still ivestigating the enrollment. I have seeked legal advice to get to the bottom of this and the NHBRC is not responding to the meet-up request to establish what is it that is being investigated according to their employee. I have raised my concern of exposed trusses and an incomplete building's plumbing system that is now being vandalised. It's all falling on deaf ears. Next, the same NHBRC will be complaining about exposed trusses since it has been months since construction stopped. Their only means of communication is via email and there's no form or any other means of communication to complain about their own customer service.
