No Help

Our building is falling apart. I have tried for days and days to get through to their offices. Even the call center number rings then goes engaged. They want you to pay enormous fees yet when a builder builds a wreck they unable to assist. Why must one then pay an enrollment fee...this money is wasted. Seems they good at collecting and not assisting....
