No Delevery, No sevirce been three months now.

Went (from Mtuba to Durban about 2hrs and 30 munites drive) to enroll the new home in NHBRC Durban Office, submitted all the required documents but they could not provide me with invoice in order for me to make payment and get certificate. They promised to email the invoice. A week later when I called they inform me that they changing a system so that cannot print the invoice. Been calling sending email, but no response or advice or any help. Am ready to start building but I cannot because of Certificate. <br> <br> pls help
