No contact or answering calls

I have trying for three weeks now to contact the Cape Town branch to verify two builders.

I have left messages, I have emailed and I have tried dialing at variious times of the day for three weeks now.

I then tested other areas and still no answer.

This is rediculous. Can someone from your offices contact me urgently as I need to check on two buildera
