No Answer

I am having a extention done to my home and the builder is suspect. ...this was a builder sent by a company they have on their distribution list. I tried calling NHBRC to see if the builder is registered but the NHBRC doesnt seem to be there ....DONT THEY PROTECT THE CONSUMER LIKE THEIR WEBSITE SAY.....i cannot sit on the phone whole day trying to get someone there to answer the phone. this whole building industry is *****...basically only the suppliers of the building materials are the ones that are honest.
