No actions taken against a registered builder

A construction company that was given a project to build a house failed to deliver, the structure they built collapsed in less than a month after it was built. NHBRC is not responding or reaching out to help with the situation or even communicating with the company that took the project. The company is refusing to return the fees paid nor willing to fix what they left on site.
