NHBRC what a joke

You have to belong to this group if you want to build a new house in RSA. However they only prolong the process of building a house. You can leave messages at reception but noone will actually ever call you back. You can send emails - they too will go unanswered. We pay thousands of rands to this organization and they are more of a hindrance and nuisance than a support. The only way you will get an answer out of them is if you physically visit the office and wait for about an hour to see your consultant. The same way the municipality operates.
