NHBRC TRAINING

I attended training during August for 13th and wrote exam on 17th. I hereby requested the certificate that I need to download from their website and the person I talked to, Tshepo Makgatlane he said he can't leave what is doing and assist me, I paid for the training and now I must suffer, their customers don't come first but not even last, as it's now more than a month since completed the training. Their staff don't even follow their mission and values. Customer means nothing to them
