NHBRC NOT MAKING PAYMENT TO THE SCHOOL RESULTING TO US NOT RECEIVING OUR CERTIFICATES

We started plumbing learnership in 2019 on the month of October until it ended in February 2020 at Ethekwini tvet College. Ever since that year (2020 till to date) we have not received any stipend they promised nor our CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. The school told us they will not give our certificates for the company NHBRC has not yet made a payment we have been enquiring till today no help and no certicates, at this point we even told them they should just should give us our certificates and we are okay with their stipend for we survived and was able to finish the course. When we enquire about them the school tells us their not going to give us the certificate until NHBRC pays the school the amount owing and when we go to NHBRC they tell us they paid the school. It feels like we are moving in circles it's been years of lost opportunities and has been draining us students. Even today we never received our certificates.
