NHBRC Enrollment buys you nothing, there are no insurances for this 'tax
why are we forced to pay an enrollment with the NHBRC, builders are not held to account and when the 2 values, of behaviour, finance and workmanship are raised, and clearly contravened, the builder continues to be enrolled. This has left many with life savings having disappeared, poor builds which are not remedied. The NHBRC needs to understand that the public trusts the values advertised, and are dismayed when delivery does not take place, not meet expectations. Do not even try to get a crack repaired, even though 1% of your build cost is levid as a charge.
I have many issues with my build. Many people in the small town where i live have lost thousands and often their life savings. This has GOT to stop. Not even head office has stepped in to address this.
Cracked walls in my new build, left and not corrected Cracked floors - fixed once and second time cracked again, NHBRC will not recognise that this is a fix which was cracked again Pitted concrete surround, also fixed previously Cupboards have *****s which have pierced melamine
