NHBRC does not return deposit

Their service is good. They will inspect and guide you through processes in lodging complaints about certain developers.

What I don't like is that they require a deposit in order to escalate the matter and have an inspector validate the complaint. If the complaint is found to be legitimate, then you get your deposit returned to you, in theory. I have still not received my deposit. I was informed that they were experiencing problems with the systems. That is understandable if it is a few days or a week, but for 3 months???
