Good Day,I have a problem with my builder. He promised that in March 2021 my house will be complete. Was financed by ABSA BANK and the project time frame was 9 months and it has lapsed. I am currently renting and now house still not build, bank debiting and am paying my rent as well. This is crippling me financially as a single parent. Project Manger very difficult to get hold off.
