Inappropriate deceit

Have reported M-T developments as since time of purchasing apartment. No repairs snags and flaws became retention not addressed to date they have delay tactics. M-T never responded as one had to pay to launch another application where NHBRC charged me to get M-T development to respond. However to date the water pressure remains low as 6 units uses 450kpa. Where M-T has changed this pressure valves at other stacks to ****pa neglecting the rest. Mr Jakes mentioned from nhbrc need to consult Tshwane as they mentioned to contact home builder that is M-T development. Again kicked from pillar to post. Please becareful when buying an apartment from M-T cheap labour, dampness issues with cheap cement leaks in the bedroom. Can not understand how inefficient and ineffective is the NHBRC to close my complaint after they have charged me not having resolved water pressure and now to await rains again to test for leaks and dampness what a waiste having only 3 months deadline no guarantee of having repaired or replaced.
