Inappropriate deceit

We had no lights from October 2018 on and off yes there was load shedding in November 2018 until December 15th, but on the 30th December 2018 to 1st Januray 2018 we had no lights for 50 hours. All items in fridge and freezer as per christmas and new year preparation went off turned sour needed to be dumped. Have asked Mr Henry Jaanse Van Rensburg and Ms Denri Van Den Heever for meter number as Tshwane Webhop requires to report fault. In emergencies like this .As festive period offices closed. Items went missing from garage as no power. Which explains why the security does not patrol. No one at front gate have to open security gate behind boom myself. Allow builders to sleep and make fires by lemon tree and peach tree at the residents unsafety. When they broke electric fenxe it took them three days to remedy. Security not patrolling as we have a group chat all is stated on there from different residents and occupants experiencing same and worse. This is totally unacceptable. Due to poor construction by MT development and Pretor Group, place is damp, leaking, garage full of water all items in storage is water damaged. All building flaws have been reported to Mr Tshepo Makoka at AGM which they will turn a blind eye to. Will be in contact with NHBRC. My attorney has suggested to pay levies in his trust account until i am recompensated for water damage, food damages due to lights and theft from my garage when there was no power also cheap construction flaws and finishes totally unacceptable as os evident frpm inception with both Mr Ben Chambers now dissapeared does not exist , Ms Benita Van Straden refuses to acknowledge as she states she only does sales regardless of product her job is to deceive, Mr Marco Coetzee always thrown in deep end, Ms Alice Erasmus tries her best, Ms Bernidine Louw . After securing they say 10 days unit will be ready to move in. 50 chipped tiles and dust has damaged my health and my belongings. Leaking roofs, ceilings, paintwork not same colour, currain rails not straight, walls dont measure same as when they came to put blinds and curtains. The contractor for burglar gates Mr Jan Rock Iron gates noted walls not straight. Appliances faulty as had to wait 3 months to repair and replace. Total nightmare still have chipped and cracked tiles. No pressure in taps. Sick and tired of complaining. Want you not to get caught as we work hard, blood, swat and tears only to be deceived.
