Fantastic Customer Service

<br> After months of not receiving feedback from the person who was handling my enrollment, last week Masana started working on my file, she worked with professionalism, consistency and continuously provided feedback. From my experience with her she should be the head of customer service department as she will encourage her team to provide the professional customer service that she consistently gives. Keep up the great work you are slowly helping to take away the stereotype that all government employees are lazy and unprofessional as you are a great professional.
