Enrolment certificate

We app**** for a late enrolment about 3 months ago. We were told that the process takes up to 6 weeks. 3 weeks ago I phoned and they said that our builder will be contacted within 5 working days for an inspection of our house. Till date this has not happened. Can someone please get in contact with me, we really need the certificate!
