Empty promise

I saw an advert on TV by NHBRC that they providing quality service to people, which I disagree with. Their message on advert is not what you will get. I bought a house in September 2008 and started to notice some cracks on the wall. In January 2010 I called the bank to assess the cracks and help me. The bank also took its time and only assessed my house in 2012. The bank report mentioned that the cracks are structure problem and the bank insurance does not cover that, so I have to consult the developer. I consulted NHBRC in 2012, the consultant together with the developer visited my house. According to NHBRC report, the developer was supposed to fix my house however nothing happened and NHBRC closed my claim without ensuring that my house is fixed. NHBRC did not provide the quality service to me as they convey their message on TV and also did not fine/deregister the developer from their database. NHBRC should stop conveying incorrect message to people and start acting as they say. Till today, my house still showing cracks! nothing fixed!
