Dont Care About Small Business!!

I sent all my documents to have my certificate renewed. After a 11 days still no response from Nomawethu Maqetuka. I then tried calling in and eventually someone answered after 2 days. A lady by the name of Madlingozis said they information should be send to her...which i did immediately and I asked her to confirm receipt thereof...its been 5 days and nothing as well. Not to mention the fone just rings. These people have no concern about small business and that workers are sitting at home because of them. Why does one need the NHBRC anyway when they offer nothing except taking our hard earned money...yet when you have a legitimate claim they have deliberately obfuscate. At this moment we have two choices 1. Build without NHBRC certificate and provide a livelihood for our workers or 2 Wait on the NHBRC and let our workers sit at home with no money to feed themselves.
