Does anyone work at the NHBRC

Hi I have been trying to get through to the NHBRC for the past few days now. I managed to get to speak to a telephone operator once. Staff had left early, by 15H30 so no one could help me. I have tried the whole day today, also no response. Even phone the national call centre and no response?? what type of institution is this?
