Brand new house plumbing defects
<p>Recently move in my new house (now 7 months) and from day 1 the plumbing system was giving us problems..am tired of fixing i urgently need NHBRC to intervene with the builder for me..he's not even taking my calls!</p> <p>Tired of fixing his faults.( his reg no is 45887) am referring to cert: *** residential unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>These are the faults that we experienced when we moved in the property:</p> <p>En suite shower was blocked x 2</p> <p>Outside left tap there was a burst pipe leakage</p> <p>Outside left tap there was a valve leakage dripping water to my neighbour's yard that i had to fix as it was affecting their outside wall and in the driveway.</p> <p> </p> <p>Currently am experiencing the following defects from my en- suite bathroom:</p> <p>The bath tap is leaking</p> <p>Toilet seat is leaking</p> <p>The wall is wet and got marks due to a leakage plumbing pipe on the wall </p> <p>The floor tiles are always wet and sometimes when we woke up the floor is flooded with water, a leakage underneath.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Geyser is making this loud noise after you switch off hot water.</p> <p>When you are in the bathroom you can hear a dripping sound from outside.</p> <p> </p> <p>He need to take responsibilty of his mess, tired of fixing them..and what if the wall falls on us due to this!</p> <p> </p>
