Bad work ethic

<p>I am a home builder. </p> <p>I enrolled a house with NHBRC that I was supposed to build. Befor I started the work I realized the argiteck ****d the municipality stamp. I emediatly informed all the relevant people and stop the enrollment certificate from being print. Muhammed Moosa from NHBRC Durbanville informed me the money would be payed back to me within a couple of days seeing I stoped the proses just intime before the certificate was printed. Now it has been more than 3 weeks and the reasons that I am getting from him, is that they are a gov body and I know how it goes, this guy or that guy is not in or there is another step in the proses that he didn't know about. Muhammed Moosa is just a pen pusher and has now urgency to finalize this cancelation. He even has told me that, that is just how it is and he is not going to do anything more to help this proses further, i just have to wait till I here from him again. How is that.....!!!!! I will fire my employee on the spot for having that attitude. If There was another body to enroll your house with I would move to them in a instance!</p> <p>I am so disgusted with NHBRC, I am a member and pay a yearly membership fee. Surely they should be there to help us not make our life harder. I have come to the conclusion that this is just another form of taxation and like Muhammed said; you just have to accept it that that is how it is. </p>
