The attached documents is the complaint i made on the 06 April 2023

1. I have followed all the procedures stipulated on how to make a complaint to NHBRC. The following Complains were submitted to NHBRC 1.1. Crack from the foundation and it goes to the roof and its serious 1.2. Leakage in the children's bedroom when it rains heavily 1.3. Ceiling Cracks at the Garage

2. Progress report on all complains made 2.1. Crack from the foundation and it goes to the roof and its serious After a lot of marathons in this matter with the Home Builder and the Engineer. The home builder at the end he came.

After the home Builder opened the cracks I requested that the Engineer responsible come and give advice before the Home Builder fix the cracks. I was told by Mme Mokgadi that it's not important he must continue with remedial action in this regard.

My understanding was that the engineer will advise the home builder on what to be done after the inspection.

They were Tiles that also were cracked in the Garage and was told that it was my responsibility to buy the tiles and call the Home Builder to come and install them, as the home builder does not have money. Because the main cause of the crack is the Pavement (I did not know that Mmme Mokgadi and Mr. Mathebula are engineers to can come up with that finding because I requested the engineer to come and was told that not important and they can have their own findings.

The Cracks started again which the Home Builder tried to fix since he left he never came back and finish his work. I was not even given any documentation that explains that cracks are caused by the Pavement. I requested on many occasions that I should be given an opportunity to get an Engineer for a Second opinion but was told that it was no possible.

I request that the First Complain be handled to its finality. As of today I didn't hear anything from Mme Mokgadi and Mr Mathebula I'm just left in the dark

2.2. Leakage in the children's bedroom when it rains heavily

This one was attended by the Home Builder no Leakage anymore

2.3. Ceiling Cracks at the Garage

Nothing was done in this complaint even to attempt nothing at all and it's on the complaint form
