Bad service from NHBRC

I logged a complain with NHBRC in 2015. Even today I'm still struggling to get a better and professional service from NHBRC. I believe people who say ******* developers work hand in hand with staff from NHBRC. The recent complain that I lodged with them now, it does not go anywhere because no one is willing to help. They requested documents and I forwarded them. Now when I email, or call, I don't get any concrete feedback. If NHBRC is failing me, who can assist me with the problem I have?
