Horrible Experience with Nutec Home Builders

Tom from Nutec Home Builders gives you a price with an official building contract and as soon as you pay 75% of the quoted price you have to pay for all material used from there on as the price of building material apparently has risen so much they are doing it at a loss, not long after that you will have to start paying for labour as well. You are in a bind, because there are costs and commitment and you need to finish, if you keep believing empty promises and lies the loss gets bigger. They de***** you by getting the job based on price but does not do the job cheaper and definitely not better. Shortcuts all the time, not building to spec or as agreed and without communicating with the client, they never ever do what they say and ignore instructions from the engineer and client. Unapproved, site made roof trusses, sagging roof and floors, nails only assembly. It is basically impossible to get reliable information or communication from Tom/Mike who decides if he wants to answer messages or calls. Please do not be the next to be conned by Nutec Home Builders!
