Poor quality work

They installed windows and doors at my house. Poor workmanship, the doors are not are aligned properly and get stuck. I have been trying to get Benjamin and his crew to come fix them since January. He either doesnt show up for appointments, when he does he comes alone and he cant fix them. The couple of times he came with his crew, they didnt bring tools required to do the job. I have countless messages of unkept appointments with him. The last appointment with him was 27 September 2024, he just never pitched.

Their customer service is bad, if it was possible , I'd give them zero stars. He is very quick to do the installation but when it comes to fixing his mistakes he has excuses.

I'd caution everyone against doing business with this guy.
