I have had timeshare at Nqwenya for so long. I phoned on the 27 or 28 to tell them that i was going to pay the levies which i did no problem i also told them that i will be going on the 6 feb to 13 feb at no time did the lady on the phone say i had the dates wrong. Head office inform me today that they listened to the recording and that i did not give dates. Good way to clear your name i don't have the recording. they will not help me at all except try and rent me a place for R13000 absolutely crazy all you people think about is money and stuff the customer.<br> i will never recommend Ngwenya Lodge to anyone again and will be getting rid of my week soon.
