Non delivery and retain of deposit

Early December 2015 I requested PATRICK MATLALA ID *** from NGWATO CANE FACTORY to make me a 2 seater cane couch and 2 chairs. He requested 60% being R12 000 upfront as the suite will be delivered within 10 days - 3 months I am still awaiting. Enormous pressure was made the following days following my commitment to order the suite to credit the deposit to his personal account. Little did I know that he had no intention to deliver on his commitment. As of the 3 March 2016 I still await my suite. He has provided a letter of intention to either deliver on his promise or refund the deposit of R12 000 within 14 working days ending 2 March 2016. To no avail. ONCE AGAIN an unfulfilled promise.<br> <br> Patrick has been full of unfulfilled promises from day one. He does not take my calls and makes his staff lie on his behalf. I have requested photos of progress which initially he did not provide despite promised \I will send in an hour\" Last week I received a photo of cane which looks a mess of some sort.<br> <br> "
