Ngwato Cane Patrick Matlala completely unreliable

We were referred by Wetherlys to Patrick Matlala, owner of Ngwato Cane Factory and paid him a 60% deposit to repair our cane couches. He fetched the couches, took the money and we didn't hear from him for four months. he wouldn't answer calls and didn't return messages. Too late for us, we found a complaint on another website from someone who had the same experience. Eventually, we managed to reach him and, a month after being threatened with legal action, he delivered the couches, repaired. He then over-invoiced us for the balance but harassed us daily for the payment. We will never use this company and will be informing Wetherlys.
