BREACH OF CONTRACT

I would like to advise the public to be cautious when dealing with PATRICK MATLALA ID *** from Ngwato Cane Factory CC. He is an ************ business man who has not delivered on his promise to manufacture a cane suite since December last and will not refund the R13 000 deposit. After a great deal of pressure from my side he provided an acknowledgement of debt on the 11th February 2016 which has not be honoured. Since the latter he will not take or return my calls.
