Parys Local Municipality taking advantage

My Grandmother lives in Parys and they keep on requesting them to pay thousand of rands to their electricity bill but they don't even come to do a meter reading nor can they justify their amounts and how they come to the amount that needs to be paid. I feel that they are taking advantage of he older people living there as they keep on threatening them to cut off their power but I want to see how they got to the amounts claimed and why no one is coming out to do their jobs???? is this how they why how they benefit their own pockets by steeling from elderly people???? I want answers as a grand daughter but no one can assist me or give me the right answers that I ask.... is there anyone that can give me a call or even set up an appointment so that I can take this matter into my own hand because I am not happy with the way Ngwathe Local Municipality is doing their so called jobs.
