water and sanitation statement

Ive been leaving in these house for about 2 and half year now complaining that my water and sanitation statement is still on their name they must change it to my name,ive been getting nothing from them they dont do the followups with me when i tell them they say they ve got to much houses and work.My house no is 3607 zone 9 garankuwa 0208
