Poor service

I placed an order on the 5th January 2022 and the status still says processing and today is the 10 February. When I try to sent e-mails there is no answer as well as their phone number is not answered, It just rings. I`m so frustrated and disappointed at their service. I wonder if I will be able to get the stuff I ordered.
