Pathetic service

I placed an order via WhatsApp on the 21st of August 2023 and till today I have not received my order. I requested a refund for my order on the 21st of September and I was given excuses that the manager of the business is but of the country and he is the only one who can process the refund for me, and that I should wait until he returns which will be on the second week of October. Till to date I have not received my order or my refund all I get is excuses.
