Nguni Brands customer service is appalling!!

This is the 4th attempt...

I didn't want to do this in this way but at this point I am left with no choice...I have been requesting your attention on all your social platforms email, whatsapp, Instagram with no response.

I made an online purchase and received the incorrect item. I would appreciate it if Nguni Brand was to get back to me regarding this error, in order to rectify it...if not I would like to receive a refund as the item received is less than what I had initially ordered. I am a paying customer and your blatant disregard of my request is extremely unprofessional.
