I am very disappointed in the service provided by Nguni brands. I contacted them on Friday and bought it via WhatsApp. i was told my parcel will be delivered via paxi. i have since not received the tracking number. Yeaterday i called and i was told it will be sent to me. Today they are not responding to calls, smses and whatsapp. very disappointing to try support a local business and this is what they do. their whatsapp number ***
