Bad service at Dr Ngubane’s rooms

The lady by the name of Thoko what she did today wish she doesn’t do it to others. I came to see a doctor she let 4 people go after me just because she couldn’t find my file I explained to her that every time I come to doctors rooms they don’t find my file and they will send me to see doctor without the file instead of listening to me and make plan B she just ignored me and carried on with business as usual I’ve been waiting for over and hour and a half no service. I’m not there to be serviced for free I also pay to be seen by doctor. But being treating like a piece of trash just because I’m nothing is not right. The sister should change her attitude and give good patients service
