Order not delivered on Friday 21 October as promised

<p>I ordered a computer product on Bid or buy, on Sunday the 16th of October, and Tuesday, I went on the above supplier's website, and started to chat to Shaun, and asked when I would receive the product. He said that it would be shipped on Wednesday, and will be delivered to me on the 21st of October 2016. I was at home waiting for the delivery, but it was not delivered, even though there is a 1-6 day delivery date on bid or buy. To say the least, I am not impressed at all! I want that product with speed delivery, as NGR computers has not done what they promised,</p>
