Bad Legal Practive

The worst customer service ever experienced. I paid the R2500 deposit requested for my matter to be processed and summons drafted for sherrif to serve but not after that since March 2020 till today. All my attempts for feedback have been empty promises to call me back. My money went down the drain and my issue not solved.
