My complaint is that they failed to provide me with a satisfactory service when … • describe what the lawyer had been hired to do for me and my sisters [change of owner of a house] • say when this was [March 2016 or 2019 November when the problem occurred]. My complaint is that [the where no letters send to to us even emails , says how far are they with the case , transferring of the house to me, not answering the calls , and taking my Moms money in the bank without notifying i think that went wrong or wasn’t done properly. Be as clear as I can. It can help to make it short . This situation has caused me [the house still belongs to my mom hence she passed on and also we can do anything while the house is in her and the her money the lawyers took it we not sure where the money is we only find out when I went to the bank , Nedbank no one informed us. Even the bank did inform us, the impact of this issue was great we needed to pay the services and also this was an issue when we have to get services from the government they wanted my mom.., my family or others who have been affected by the problem]… • • • In my view, …. [I think I need a good lawyer who would properly help with the deceased estate of my late mom to put things right. And Apologise? Return documents they’ve been holding on to? Do more work to put things right?
