Probate - Beware in your time of grief!

In 2018, on the recommendation of the Vereeniging Magistrates court we signed with Ngomne Estates at their Vereeniging office to handle my father’s probate. Each time they were contacted to find out about their progress, multiple excuses. These ranged from My boss (Petrus Ngomane) hasn’t paid the newspaper account for previous adverti*****ts and they won’t accept any new ones, to Petrus telling a long “sad” story of reported ill health. We were even told to phone him ourselves to get him working on our case. Well nothing progressed. Recently, I found out that in fact in 2019, the money from the estate was transferred to an account and we are in the process of obtaining details and copies of the authorisation from the bank. Sufficient to say I can find no evidence that the money ever reached my mother. Questions remain which will be answered one way or other - I hope he reads this review, although I doubt it! I am the deceased’s daughter and you have my contact details. They had or have multiple branches, so beware!!!! People in need of probate assistance are at their most venerable due to grief, you need to place your affairs in hands you can trust. I will update this review as and when more information becomes available. Interestingly the contact details I have don’t work anymore!
