Pool pump not working

On 21st of October I had problem with pool DB box. I was tripping when I switch on the pool pump. I contacted Snupit and Ngolwa Enterprises then contacted me. I spoke to a gentleman called Thabo. The following day he came to my place after 4 hours. He checked the DB box and found that it was a pool timer that burnt. I bought a new timer and he struggled for two hours to connect it. Eventually he did it. After six days my pool pump stopped. I tried to operate it manually and it doesn't. I tried to contact Ngolwa Enterprises and they don't respond to my messages. All I want is to see my pool working that's all. I am disappointed with snupit for giving us unreliable contacts.
